How long does it take to build my website?
If you choose to purchase a website design from our gallery, we can begin building your site immediately. Once we receive all of your content (photos, text, etc., we will have your website built and ready for upload within 24-48 hours. If you choose to have a custom built website, just for you, the time to build the website will vary based on your needs. Can I update my website on my own after it's built?
Absolutely! You own your website and will have access to it through your webhost (please see the question on this page regarding web hosting). If you have access to software that allows you to edit a website in HTML, then you can work on your own website. If you desire, you can also have us update your site as needed. The fee to have us maintain your website for you is $100/hour, billed on the quarter hour. So, if your updates only take 15 minutes, you will only be charged for a quarter of an hour. We recommend requesting several updates at once to maximize the cost savings to you for the updates. back to top
What do I get for the price of $199?
This price for the design you choose from our gallery includes 4 pages (Home, About, Shows, Contact). Additional pages, such as video, photos, press, etc., can be purchased for $50 per page. The maximum number of pages you can have within a website from our gallery is 8. If you need a website with more than 8 pages, we encourage you to talk to us about creating a custom website, just for you. back to top

What does it mean to purchase a website "exclusively"?
When we put a new website design into our gallery, there is the option to purchase the design "exclusively", if you are the FIRST person to purchase the design. When you purchase a design exclusively, your website will be created with that design and the design will be removed from the available options within our gallery. No one else will be able to use this design. Once one person purchases the design, the option to purchase a website exclusively is no longer available. The cost to purchase a website exclusively varies from website to website. back to top
What format for photos and video do you require? What resolution?
For photos, we can accept JPG, GIF, TIF, EPS, PSD, or AI formats. For video, we can accept a Quicktime, WMV, or if you have a DVD, we can extract the video for you. The higher the resolution for photos and video, the better it will look on your website. We recommend supplying us with photos of at least 300 dpi. back to top
Can you make a website built in Flash?
Yes! Currently, our gallery of designs includes websites built in HTML. However, we can custom build websites using Flash if this is what you desire. We will soon be adding Flash designs to our gallery as well. back to top
Once your website is built, it has to be put on a computer somewhere so that the world can see it. You pay a HOST to store your website and make it available to anyone with a web browser. There are different hosting packages to choose from. In most cases, you will only need a basic plan. This will cost you approximately $9 a month. back to top
